In Incident Investigation Basics for All Industries, course participants will receive the Incident investigation training required to effectively respond to workplace Incidents and crises.
This advanced-level online course provides an overview of Incident investigations for all applicable fields. It also discusses how to manage workplace crises, like physical altercations between co-workers, layoffs, and sexual harassment.
