To purchase one, or multiple courses, for an employee you can purchase a “Course Credit”. Once purchased, you will receive an email with a code to give to your employee. The employee will either create an account or they can log into an existing account

The employee will then click on the online classes tab at the top of the page and select a course in which they would like to enroll in. They will click purchase single course and enter in the code that you have given them under the “discount code”. This will make the course cost zero and the student can then take the course.

Course Credits are single use only but do not have an expiration date, so make sure that you save the discount code that was emailed to you.

Each account is single user only so each person taking the course will need to create their own account. But it’s very simple to sign up, just create an account!

You can take each course one time per purchase of each course. Make sure to take notes and set aside ample time for the class to give yourself the best possible chance to pass.

Students must pass with a 75% or better and will only have one chance to pass the exam. Each exam is limited to 20 minutes. Failure to complete the exam in the time will result in failure. If a students fails the course for any reason, they will need to pay for the course again.

Each course purchased is available for 90 days. Once the course is started the student must complete the full course and exam to receive a certification. Failure to complete the course in 90 days will result in failure. If a students fails the course for any reason, they will need to pay for the course again.

Go to our certificate verification tool and enter the certificate number in the search box. The system will look up the certificate and tell you who it belongs to and if it is valid and up to date.
